# Groups Menu

The **Groups Menu** in **RUFUS Race Manager (RRM)** is where you can access the age groups and groups definitions.

## Creating and Managing Groups and Age Groups

To create a new group or age group, click on the corresponding menu item. This action will open the **Groups** or **Age Groups tab**, where users can manage and create new options.
