Events List
The Events List section in RUFUS Cloud provides a centralized, visual overview of all the events you have published to the RUFUS Event App. From this page, you can quickly access event-level insights, monitor performance, and manage visibility settings for each event.

Event Performance
At the top of the Events List page, you will find the Event Performance dashboard. This area shows overall traffic and engagement across all your published events over the last 30 days.
Metrics displayed include:
Page Views Total number of views across your published event pages.
Sessions Total sessions created by visitors interacting with your events in the last 30 days.
Visitors Total number of unique visitors across your events.
Diploma Downloads Number of diplomas downloaded during the current month and comparison with the previous month.
Messages Sent Number of messages or notifications sent through the platform during the current month.
This dashboard provides a quick pulse of audience engagement, helping organizers understand trends, visibility, and the reach of their events.
Navigating the Events List
Events are grouped into the following categories for better organization and intuitive navigation:
This Month – Displays events scheduled for the current month.
Upcoming Events – Shows events planned for future months.
Past Events – Lists previously held events for reference and historical data.
Event Card Information
Each event appears as a card with a clean visual design and quick-access insights. Every event card includes:
Event Name The title of the event as it is published in the RUFUS Event App.
Event Date The scheduled date of the event.
Performance Metrics Individual analytics for that event:
Page views
Sessions
Visitors
Event Visibility A visibility toggle indicating whether the event is public or hidden in the Event App.
Event Cover Image The event’s banner or artwork that helps visually identify events at a glance.
