Publish Participants Information

Before race day, organizers can publish participant details to the RUFUS Event App to allow athletes to verify their registration information. This helps ensure accuracy and provides participants with access to their race data ahead of the event.

How to Publish Participants

To publish the participant list, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the All Participants tab in RUFUS Race Manager.

2. Click on the cloud icon to publish participant details.

3. The participant list will be made available in the RUFUS Event App.

Once published, the participants list will refresh in the RUFUS Event App automatically one minute after the last publishing action.

The published list will include:

• Participant Name

• Bib Number

• Gender

• Birth Year

• Club/Team Affiliation

Athletes View

Publishing participant information allows athletes to review their details in advance, reducing potential issues on race day. This seamless integration between RUFUS Race Manager, RUFUS Cloud, and the RUFUS Event App ensures that all participant information remains accessible and up to date.
